Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy is a successful pharmaceutical entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He began his career working in various positions in pharmaceutical companies in India, Nigeria, and the United States. In 1995, Dr. Reddy founded Bactolac Pharmaceutical Inc, which is known today as an industry leading contract manufacturer of vitamins and supplements. He went on to found ScieGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2009. Under Dr. Reddy's eminent leadership, ScieGen continues to grow and become a leader in the generic manufacturing space.

Dr. Reddy is a graduate of Osmania University in India where he earned a BS degree in Chemistry with concentrations in genetics and botany. He later earned his Masters and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Kanpur University.

Mr. Reddy serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over two and a half decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in new product development, pre-formulations, analytical R&D, and regulatory submissions. Before joining ScieGen, Mr. Reddy served as Associate Vice President at Aurobindo Pharma Limited in India, overseeing the research center in handling all kinds of sterile formulations. He has significant experience in solid oral dosages, liquids, and parenterals. Mr. Reddy also spent over 12 years with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as the Associate Director of New Product Development in their Generic Pharmaceutical division. Mr. Reddy is responsible for almost 100 ANDA, NDA, and EU drug filings throughout the USA, Canada, and Europe and has several patents (the US and WO). He has also written several publications.

Mr. Reddy holds an MS degree in Pharmacy from Dr. MGR Medical University in India.

Mr. Saketh Reddy serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of ScieGen Pharmaceuticals and its parent company, Bactolac Pharmaceutical, leading Corporate Strategy, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing. With extensive cross-functional experience and a deep understanding of both the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, Mr. Reddy brings a comprehensive and forward-thinking perspective to the organization.

Mr. Reddy officially joined ScieGen in July 2020 as Director of Sales & Marketing, playing a key role in driving the growth of the ScieGen label business. Prior to this role, he served as Sales and Marketing Manager at Akron Generics, a pharmaceutical wholesale distributor.

Mr. Reddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Dr Raghu Ram Pannala leads the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance teams at ScieGen. He has over 31 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in the areas of Analytical Development, Quality Control Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, and Pharmacovigilance. He has published 25 research publications during his career. Dr. Ram is member of the Regulatory and Quality Advisory Board (RAQAB) of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA).

He is contributing author for PDA FDA Technical report – 80 , ‘Data Integrity Management System for Pharmaceutical Laboratories and sub team lead in PDA Remote Audits & Inspections Team, PDA COVID-19 PtC Task Force. He was past member of IPC {Indian Pharmacopeial Commission} and USP {United States Pharmacopeia} 2005-2010 monographs acquisition committee.

Dr. Ram holds a Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in India. He holds certifications such as a CQA {Certified Quality Auditor} and CMQ/OE {Certified manager for Organizational Excellence} from ASQ {American Society for Quality}, Statistical Quality Control diploma from Indian Statistical institute.

Chris D’India serves as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of ScieGen Pharmaceuticals. Chris is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with over a decade of experience in sales leadership, strategy, and account management.

Before joining ScieGen, Chris held roles at Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Macleods Pharmaceuticals, Vensun Pharmaceuticals, and Camber Pharmaceuticals. Chris is known for building strong customer relationships, driving revenue, and delivering results.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Tufts University.

Krishna Mohan Chilakamarthy, Associate Vice President of Quality Control, has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Krishna first joined ScieGen in July, 2013 as the Head of Quality Control, handling all the development & commercial activities of the QC department. Prior to joining ScieGen, Krishna was the Analytical Head at Halo Pharmaceuticals, a contract research and manufacturing company. He also held various positions at Par Pharmaceuticals and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
